INDUSTRY ADVICE -- Not Every Career Move Needs an Announcement.

🎬 MONDAY INDUSTRY ADVICE -- Not Every Career Move Needs an Announcement.

The entertainment industry can make you feel like everyone else is constantly "doing" something. 🫅

Booked a role.

Optioned a script.

Launched a project.

Got into a festival.

Took a meeting.

But some of the most important stretches of your career won't look impressive online.

You're rewriting.

Building relationships before you need them.

Developing something that isn't ready to show anyone yet.

Or quietly becoming really good at what you do.

Don't confuse someone's BEST moments with momentum.

You don't need a career announcement every week.

Quiet progress still counts.

Keep going! 📣
